Job Requirements

.•Experience in IT service operation & management (Designing, Delivering, Improving)
•Experience in administration, maintaining and troubleshooting IT system infrastructure (Servers, Storage and Network)
•Basic knowledge of virtualization technology, High availability cluster, Automation and Shell scripting Be able to create and maintain necessary documents in align with ITSM process
•Be able to learn the IT system infrastructure based on the existing documents
•2+ years' experience in related fields
•Bachelor/Certificate in related IT field
•Prefer certified in CCNA/CCNP/MCSA/RHCSA/RHCE/VCA
•Good communication skill in English
•Having Japanese Language Level N5 or above is a plus
