Job Description
· Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
· Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team and monitoring their performance
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing sales trends
· Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including retail stores and chains
· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns
· Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the regional sales manager and other relevant departments
· Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer concerns and complaints
· Provide regular sales reports to the regional sales manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
· Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the market and industry trends
· Manage the sales team's performance, including training and development, performance evaluations, and coaching and mentoring as necessary.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor & degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
· Minimum of (5) years & experience in sales management, preferably in the retail service industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong leadership and team management abilities
· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
· Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
· Willingness to travel within the designated area
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
